Project summary: To evaluate beach placer reserve at beaches and inland. Take role in conducting field surveys (sample collection-using Trimple GPS, Beach Profile Survey), preparation of base maps,visual interpretation of multidate satellite images and Arial photographs using advanced image enhancement techniques. Beach placer Information System (BPIS) was developed based on integration of different spatial data like Geology, Geomorphology,Drainage,Soil type,Land use / Land cover, Relief,Shoreline change and Also attribute information is generated on 1:50000 scales.Additionally different software tools like Beach Profile Extractor,DSAS
(Digital Shoreline Analysis System) integrated for to querying, analyzing, and displaying of placer deposits and beach dynamic study.
